Please be aware that becoming certified with the Comptroller’s office is not an immediate process. Early Intervention staff will be monitoring W-9s completed and will be notified of certification, so you do not need to worry. We would encourage you to be careful entering the data. We are finding people are not putting in apartment numbers, etc. Information must be accurate. We want all eligible providers to receive their payments. Thank you for your patience.
If you see the purple box that says “Your document has been completed” you are done with the process and can disregard the message highlighted in the red box.
