Illinois Statewide Transition Community of Practice (CoP)

This CoP will provide an opportunity for in-depth conversation around the process of transition from Early Intervention (El) to Early Childhood Services (ECS). These collaborative conversations allow participants to learn together, ask questions, and share ideas and resources with the outcome being improved transition processes for young children with disabilities and their families. This CoP is targeted towards those who have already attended a transition training from El to ECS.
