El VISTA Graduate Program Accepting Applications
Applications are being accepted for the El Vista graduate certificate program through Illinois State University. The Early Learning Visual Impairment Services, Training and Advancement will train one final cohort of 13 professionals interested in advancing professional skills and working in Early Intervention. This one-year, five course sequence of study begins in June, 2018 and successful graduates will complete their program in July, 2019. Applicants must meet the minimum admission criteria and requirements in the ISU graduate school. EL Vista is fully funded by a grant from the US Department of Education: Office of Special Education. (H325K140108), designed to increase qualified personnel working in early intervention and visual impairment. All fees, and course required materials are provided with no fee to the accepted students.
