Provider Connections receives the same notifications you receive. There is no need to call or email us to tell us the results complete. There is a process and the CANTS results are entered in the order they are received. Then credentials must be issued, Central Billing Office (CBO) information entered, and emails sent. We have received as many as 25 completed CANTS in one day. The Bureau of Early Intervention allows us 5 business days to complete the processing of credentials and CBO changes/additions and we often complete these tasks sooner.
